As a woman, my mornings can be hectic and busy as I juggle the many responsibilities and tasks that come with the start of a new day. When I wake up, the first thing I do is check my phone for any missed messages or important updates. This helps me stay informed and up-to-date on what's happening in my personal and professional life.
After checking my phone, I start my morning beauty routine. This involves washing my face, applying moisturizer, and putting on makeup to get ready for the day ahead. For me, this is a time to pamper myself and take care of my appearance, but for others, it may be more routine and necessary.
Once I am ready to start my day, I turn my attention to getting breakfast ready for myself. This can involve making coffee, brewing tea, or preparing a more substantial meal like eggs, toast, or oatmeal. If I am short on time, a healthy smoothie or protein bar can be a quick and easy way to get some nourishment before heading out the door.
Once everything is ready to go, I head out the door to start my day. This can involve driving to my hotels, taking a cab to a client's location, or even a flight for a FMTY booking. No matter how I get there, I am often juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities as I go about my day, whether it is at work, at home, or elsewhere.
Despite the many challenges and demands of a typical morning for me, it is also a time of new beginnings and fresh starts. As the day begins, I have the opportunity to set the tone for the rest of my day and make the most of my time. With a little bit of planning and organization, I can make the most of my mornings and start each day off on the right foot.
